We are looking for motivated quality assurance analysts, willing to work in a fast pace, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate possesses at least 2 years of experience in a Software Quality Assurance position, performing a mix of manual and automated product testing.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all aspects of testing of an e-commerce platform. This includes functional review, test planning, bug report creation and validation, functional and regression testing.
  • Create, maintain and add to a growing and robust suite of automated test cases/unit test, using internal tools and processes.
  • Assist leads and management in defining and molding overall QA process.
  • Actively contribute to growing knowledge base for our product, and interface with external teams as required.
  • Produce documentation for internal and external audiences as required.

The role is responsible for developing creative and engaging content for a variety of digital and print properties, such as k-eCommerce’s corporate website, blogs, social media, email marketing, video scripts, corporate communications, as well as maintaining and updating documentation for the sales and marketing group.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the ideal candidate will be a team player with demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in a marketing execution and leadership role, involving multiple departments, and interfacing with partners and suppliers.

This person will also support external marketing and internal communication projects such as internal bulletins, customer and partner newsletters, whitepapers, blog posts, presentations, and webinars.

  • Design, create and maintain engaging memorable company web presence, marketing content and sales collateral for a variety of mediums
  • Constantly create new value propositions and business content in support of our lead generation and channel partners’ marketing programs, including landing and campaign pages
  • Collaborate with the lead generation and partner marketing team on media plan, events, campaigns and social strategies
  • Provide partners marketing support including web reciprocity, flyer creation and sharing promotional assets
  • Listen and engage in relevant social discussion on the Internet and e-commerce Forums

  • Plans the activities of all the projects as well as their delivery date based on the customer's expectation and assigned resources;
  • Manages projects;
  • Generates, maintains and revises project plans;
