Marketing Team

Job Description

The role is responsible for developing creative and informative content for a variety of digital and print properties, such as blogs, social media, email marketing, video scripts, corporate communications, as well as maintaining and updating documentation for the sales and marketing group.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with demonstrated knowledge and experience in a marketing support role, coordinating between departments, and interfacing with partners and suppliers. This person will also support external marketing and internal communication projects such as internal bulletins, customer and partner newsletters, blog posts, presentations, and webinars.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate company internal marketing efforts
  • Create and update sales collateral and marketing content
  • Maintain company web presence and update the company website
  • Create new content for campaign landing pages
  • Edit pictures/photo’s for use in marketing content
  • Listen and engage in relevant social discussion on the Internet and eCommerce Forums

Qualifications

Reporting to the Director Customer Success, the Project Manager (PM) plans and coordinates the activities that are required for the successful implementation of the k-eCommerce ecommerce solution.

Specific tasks

  • Plans the activities of all the projects as well as their delivery date based on the customer's expectation and assigned resources;
  • Manages projects;
  • Generates, maintains and revises project plans;
  • Tracks the progress of the projects and follow-up on the progress of the different teams;
  • Coordinates internal and external communications about scheduled activities;
  • Proactively proposes adjustments to the delivery calendar to optimize the value of the project;
  • Monitors any change request;
  • Manages customer satisfaction;
  • Organizes and follow-up on project management meetings;

Essential Qualifications

Reporting to the Support Coordinator, the Level one Technical Support responds to customer requests submitted by email, phone or via our customer web portal to the helpdesk. This support position is for an ecommerce solution integrated to different ERPs.

Specific tasks

  • Answer phone calls and emails with professionalism;
  • Establish a good relationship with k-eCommerce customers;
  • Document and follow-up on incidents;
  • Train customers on the functionalities of the solution ;
  • Guide customers on their implementation of the solution via the k-eCommerce implementation service;

  • We are looking for bilingual (french/english) candidates.
