We have been working with KCentric for the past couple of months and have been completely satisfied with not only their solution but with them as a vendor.
Our project consisted of implementing a shopping cart solution for our dealers (B2B) with total integration to Microsoft Dynamics – Great Plains (ver. 9). Our existing VAR for Microsoft had never had the opportunity to implement such a solution, so we started searching for Microsoft Partners that were involved with ecommerce solutions and came across KCentric.
Having worked with many vendors over the years, Ican truly say it was refreshing to work with Dominique and his team; they were always responsive, understood our business challenges, had an in-depth knowledge of Great Plains, kept the project on task, often went out of their way to resolve any issues, and were extremely responsive; which was greatly appreciated. Our project was implemented on time, and on budget (www.orencostore.com); we currently only have about 300 items online, but will quickly expand to our entire product catalog offering about 7,500 products to our dealers.
At this point, our only regret is that we did not find them sooner! We would highly recommend KCentric.
